Read Me: "Forums" links points to ITS

ReadMe.md starts with a bunch of links, including one labelled "Forums". Yet, that links in fact points to https://github.com/sabrogden/Ditto/issues (this tracker).

It's unclear what was the intention, but:

1. If the link was meant to direct to the issue tracker, it should be labelled accordingly ("Issues").
2. If the link was meant to direct to forums, the link should be fixed. However, I am not aware of any forum specifically to discuss Ditto.

This seems to have caused numerous users to launch discussions via tickets (#25, #46, #146, #179, #224, #332, #432, #464, #520, #579, #619, #731, #756, #805, #811, #824, etc.)
