Is Ditto live?

Please, is Ditto in active development? Thank you.

I'm just an I.T. user, but from what I see on Ditto's main page https://ditto-cp.sourceforge.io/ , the last update to Ditto listed on their sight was April 15, 2023 (2 years ago). I've installed it on Windows 11 release 23H2 and am using it without any issues.
