Change the layout when press Ctrl+`

I have some suggestions @sabrogden and the team:

1. Can you make the application interface display like 1Clipboard. Your interface when pressing Ctrl+` looks very confusing and difficult to read. I want the color to be like 1clipboard, so white, the cells are clearly divided, the numbers 1, 2, 3, ... are big and clear.
2. You can default to pressing Ctrl+` then press number 1 to display the first text, number 2 to display the second text,... instead of having to ctrl+1, ctrl+2. I know I can set additional keyboard shortcuts for this but it takes quite a bit of time to set each key, can you make that the default?
