Images fail to copy

I'm using Ditto 03.24.214.00 on Windows 10 and it has always been able to copy images without issues...
...until a few days ago, when it suddenly stopped. Now when I try to copy an image nothing happens. It does not get copied in Ditto and it doesn't even get copied to the normal clipboard. If I disconnect Ditto from the clipboard image copying starts working again.
Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a fix?
I'm not sure what could be happening, never seen that. Can you enable debuging, https://github.com/sabrogden/Ditto/wiki/Debug-Logging and copy a few images and upload debug and we will see if we can see what is happening.

Well, shortly after posting this I found out the issue, so leaving it here for future reference. It seems to be an app conflict: Ditto seems to be (partially) incompatible with Free Download Manager ( https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ ). When both apps are open, copying images from certain apps doesn't work reliably. If I close FDM, copying images works without issues in all apps.
