[Feature Request]Global commands to copy next/prevouse clip without showing window

Open TroyDanielFZ opened this issue 4 years ago • 3 comments

I searched through the network, and the options, there are none about this.

For some cases, showing a window cause the loss of focus. So I hope that there are global commands that can copy the next/previous entries to clipboard, without showing the main window.

For the clipdiary, these two commands work as: (shortcuts are self customized)

  1. Press Win+Alt+J, the next clip shows in tooltip;
  2. If multiple presses without releasing Win, the entry cycles and shows in tooltip, but is not copied to clipboard actually;
  3. On releasing Win, the entry is copied to clipboard.

Will this be considered?

Just copying something to the clipboard never shows the program window, or do you mean paste instead of copy?

Sorry for not clearly explaining myself. What I mean is, to copy the clips in ditto to clipboard, or load one extings clip/entry to clipboard, but not copy text with Ctrl+C, in order to paste somewhere.
