Pasting in PuTTY/SuperPuTTY/MobaXterm fails by default
Ditto is based on the premise that applications allow pasting using the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut. Ditto therefore emulates that shortcut when pasting from a Ditto entry.
Unfortunately, some applications do not use that shortcut. PuTTY is one such application. PuTTY uses Shift+Insert instead. Thankfully, Ditto supports using an alternative shortcut for specific applications. Unfortunately, there is no special case for PuTTY by default. Please add such a case.
Meanwhile, this forum topic explains how to workaround. The workaround works for SuperPuTTY too (since SuperPuTTY uses child PuTTY processes) and MobaXterm.
