Impossibility to send attendee invitations for events in shared calendars

This issue is about issues about not-sent invitations in events created in (writeable) shared calendars. There is a lengthy explanation there:

For a first hit I would like to just ask kindly to revisit the linked comment. Of course, if this does not feel to be feasible or adequate I'll be more than glad to provide a dedicated problem description also here. But this would be more and less less a repetition of the the linked comment.

This issue actually concerns two Sabre projects: this one, and also the Sabre dav project.
