Implementing a PUSH API?

As i have seen, there was a Draft of a PUSH Specification at https://www.calconnect.org/about/technical-committees/tc-push. I have talked with Marten Gajda, since this version seems to be a little bit outdated. He tolds me that there is some progress with this specification and that DAVical has a Patch that seems to work.

Is there anything in progress also from SabreDAV? Maybe some pre-Alpha or anything else?
