Transferring Baikal data to new domain

I have run a Baïkal server for a long time, and that is excellent. Now I have registered a new domain I want to run Baïkal on. This is on Debian shared hosting, so access to files, but no terminal access on server. Is there a procedure for exporting the existing server data and importing in a fresh install?
