Error 80004005 and quoted printable

I have been having an issue with error 80004005 when accepting invites from one particular source. Unfortunately it's the main source of appointments I need to accept and would rather use Thunderbird/lightning versus outlook. I did some testing with Nextcloud and was able to add quoted printable to the accepted formats and all invites are correctly accepted. The problem is I cannot use nextcloud on my shared host so would like to use baikal which can be installed but fails to accept these invites. Does anyone know if the quoted printable format is definitely the problem and if so can it be added to the baikal config?
