Cannot create entries after upgrade

Open marc700 opened this issue 3 years ago • 3 comments

Baikal version: 0.8

  • [x ] I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates
  • [ x] I have installed the release zip, not the source code zip
  • [ x] I have moved the whole, untouched Specific and config folders to the new installation

Problem: I saw there was an upgrade available so I followed the instructions and everything seemed to work. The admin login said upgraded to .8. All users and calendars were there and from thunderbird I could see all events without issue. The problem is I cannot create any new entries. The lightning error log shows a 403 error. I then backed up all the folders and re-installed baikal, copied the specific and config folders into the new install and no change. Mod security is off for the domain.

I checked the log file on the webhost and see client denied by server configuration and it points to the dav.php file. That file has 644 permissions.

In case anyone can help I decided to do a clean install. Unfortunately the same issue persists. I cannot create any entries in the calendar so it's useless. Not sure what to try as I've done the install per the instructions. Any help would be great.

In case you are still experiencing this issue, could you please post the full error log message from your web server?
