add select artists to feed

feature proposal:

it would be nice if I could ask users to add myself and all of my friends' music to their music feed. This would look like a toggle in the config menu that says "add suggestions to feed" (default: off). Hover text saying:

adds a hand picked selection of artists and releases to your feed page
