Google Analytics is probably the easiest way for now:

What to track:

• each feature usage (i.e. do people click on any of the buttons, use keyboard shortcuts, etc)
• which tracks people listen to
• unique active users

Note: this will be important for #121 because we won't have the same level of stats for that plugin.
