not all documents found

first of all thank you so much for developing this tool! totally what I have been looking for in the last couple of months. for some reason however, the extractor cannot find all of my files and I have no clue why some documents are found and downloaded perfectly and others just won't even show up as downloaded.

Can you post a bit more info such as the folder structure, and some steps/more description so I can try and reproduce?

The folder/document detection is pretty naiive at the moment, so I'm not too surprised there could be some edge cases.
