Allow moving strokes from one page to another

Describe the bug When moving handwritten notes from one page to another using the lasso tool, the selected notes disappear

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a new document and have a filled page
2. Write stuff on the next page
3. Move stuff written on the second page to the first one
4. See error

Could just be moving notes in general, but the process mentioned above is how I came to discover it.

Expected behavior

Expected the selected notes to move from one page to another
