option to sync with own nextcloud without encryption password

Motivation

We use a company-wide nextcloud, where there are personal folders and group folders.

To see files created inside group folders in our nextcloud there would have to be an option to not use an encryption password.

Solution

solution: add an option to not use an encryption password (possibly with a warning)

consequences: when copying files from another user into my saber folder on nextcloud, add them to my saber files.
