Felt Pen Stroke Addition

Motivation

There is an app called Nebo, and it has a pen option called 'felt' which has really smooth strokes that taper naturally at the end and beginning of the stroke. I'm wondering if this can be implemented in Saber. The felt tip available on Nebo is far, far better than most, and much more than most alternatives.
