Laser pointer strokes are unaligned

Describe the bug

The laser pointer strokes are unaligned by an amount that depends on how far down the page is scrolled and the stroke behind moves around when the page is scrolled.

To reproduce

1. Open Saber
2. Create a new note or go to the whiteboard
3. Use the laser pointer to draw anything
4. Scroll the page while the laser pointer is still visible
5. Bug is observed

Expected behavior

The laser pointer strokes should be together and aligned.
