Start text line from anywhere

Motivation

If you draw some diagram, or hand-write note and later try to take note by typing, the typing starts from the top of the page. So you either need to spam Enter or go to a new page to start typing

Solution

Ability to start typing from any part of the page (Mid or near end, or any other part).

I would also like a way to easily choose where I want the text to start.

It is currently very hard to place text links on particular positions of the canvas (e.g. a link to a webpage).
