IME like fcitx on Linux don't work

IME don't work.

To reproduce

1. Press the shortcut of activation “Ctrl+Space”

Expected behavior

It is activated

Saber version

0.19.2

Device

• Device: any
• OS: Manjaro Linux

Anything else?

The display server is X11, not Wayland.
