Canvas shifts when selecting or when changing size of brush

Describe the bug

After having selected something, the canvas shifts (up, down, left, right, depending on where is the tool bar) in order to make place to the new options (being copy and delete selection). This also happens when tapping for a second time the brush to choose the size.

To reproduce

1. Choose selection tool,

2. select a stroke,

3. Select the pen or highlighter,

4. Tap again to change the size

Expected behavior

The new options should appear without moving the canvas.

Happens on Saber 0.25.1 as well (Lenovo tab P12). the canvas is not shifting when using a Horizontal Toolbar. When using a vertical one, its quite unusable, especially when writing on page 10 or more.
