Add multiple windows feature on Android Devices

Motivation

Having notes open at once would allow for cross checking without navigating around.

Solution

Allow splitscreen for the app with itself, like with Notewise.

Just wanted to create an issue, when I found this. Splitting the Screen and opening multiple instances (currently of Samsung Notes) is such an integral part of my workflow, that it disqualifies saber for daily use for me. :/
