Multiple Backups made same day when set to 1 and Backup Count on Network Drive Incorrect

I have been using your app for several years and it's been rock solid. I recently added a Network backup for some more resilience. I changed the HA location to the new backup and it does backup.
But I have noticed it has a few issues!
- I have it set to keep 3 backups only but it never removes old ones.
- It is instructed to make 1 backup a day at 11AM which it does to Google Drive but on my Network Drive it makes 2 or 3 or 5 a day!

Please can you help why i have these issues?
I suspect something is wrong with your network share. When the add-on tries to get the list of current backups, create new one, or delete an old one, the request actually goes through Home Assistant. I suspect Home Assistant can't see the backups it creates on your network share.
- Do the backups that aren't getting deleted show up in the addon's web-UI? Make sure you also check if they're listed under "Ignored Backups" at the bottom.
- Do the backups that should have been deleted show up in Home Assistant under "Settings" > "System" > "Backups"? If they don't then its likely something is wrong with the permissions Home Assistant uses to talk to your network share.
If something is wrong with the share, it can be difficult to figure out why. As far as I know problems only show up in the supervisor logs. I have instructions for getting to the supervisor logs at the bottom of this page.
Looking a little closer at your error report, I more strongly suspect the share is the problem. It looks like Home Assistant thinks there are only 3 backups (the current and 2 the addon is "ignoring") but in your screenshot of the share there are many more.
supervisor_2023-11-20T09-38-49.473Z.log In my Network share as of 19 Nov i have 6 but in HA it shows 0 and 3 in Google Drive. Google Drive is working correctly so yes an issue with the Network share. It is backing up no issue to share but not seeing what is in there! The ignored files is fine nothing hidden in there connected just a proper stuff. I am struggling to workout what is wrong how can it be backing up to correct area but not seeing what its backed up? I did send all the logs above but will send again.
