No snapshots when offline

It looks like GDB won't create any snapshots when there's no internet available.

I had an outage and there were no snapshots created in this timeframe.

I think GDB should create snapshots, even when offline, and upload them as soon as it's online again.

This seems sensible. I'll see how hard it would be to make it mesh well with how the addon works right now.
