HuggingFaceEmbeddings don't pass

Hi, i was reading your code and try to figger out how it is working. I just wanted to implement the code but the problem that i have here is when the code read the part about making instance of class HuggingFaceEmbeddings, it seems like going to an infinite loop and the code stuck there without any error ... Is there any solution for this?
