Upgraded to use AspNetCore RC2

Made a number of upgrade modifications to make the project work with the AspNetCore RC2 libraries released from Microsoft. Everything appears to be working it should. I debated updating the namespace from SaanSoft.AspNet to SaanSoft.AspNetCore, but I figured I would leave the decision to you.
