From my research of unavatar, email is only supported at https://github.com/Kikobeats/unavatar/blob/master/src/providers/gravatar.js . So implementing md5 is not that hard.

bKash is doing something on there API/Website. Asked them for a solution, let's hope they follow through.

Also, Note that the old API is working, to use that you need to collect separate password. and for new API your only need default merchant password.
