[bug] Page is blank without JS enabled.

If you visit https://resumake.io/ with the NoScript extension enabled or presumably with JavaScript disabled, the entire page is blank. I would expect a message in a <noscript> tag that says something like "JavaScript is enabled to view this page. Source is available at https://github.com/saadq/resumake.io/"

Without JS that other page is not blank, but it is still not very helpful. It says:
