Add option to input percentage instead of GPA

In the education section, we can only enter GPA. but in India, we usually have percentage.

Can we have percentage input as well?

Percentages are also used for high school in some countries.

@saadq I want to tackle this feature. should I add select control to let the user choose between GPA and Percentage?

So the two options I can think of are

1. We go with your approach to have a dropdown for different variations of GPA
2. We just modify the GPA line to be a simple text input where users can customize how they want the GPA line to be displayed

I am fine with either approach, let me know if you have any thoughts

There is also the third option of renaming gpa to grade #288, #328. What do you think @vs4vijay @saadq ?

@ducaale Would still be confusing in some cases. I liked @saadq's 2nd option the most too.
