Remove Hover Effect on Night Mode Switch Button

Hi Saad 👋

Pls remove the hover effect on the Night Mode switch button or add a link to the entire button container as it is not turning on Night mode if outside the switch button but within that container.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to '(https://developerfolio.js.org/)'
2. Hover on Switch Night Mode button

Expected behavior

for a better user experience, hover effect should not be applied on the night mode switch button
