Looking at this run I see…

Checking ".github/workflows/vm-slowlartus.yml" for updates
  Checking "vmactions/solaris-vm" for updates...
  Found new version for "vmactions/solaris-vm"
  Updating "vmactions/[email protected]" with "vmactions/[email protected]"...
  Found new version for "actions/checkout"
  Updating "actions/[email protected]" with "actions/[email protected]"...

… but no PR is produced.

I thought it was maybe due to expiring token, but I refreshed the token today in another project and it still does not create any PRs ☹
