Can we custom the change log file format

Currently after generate the change log, the format will be:

Pull_Request_Number: Pull_Request_Title

Have any option which we can change the format to:

Pull_Request_Title: Pull_Request_Number

Hi @nguyentanhungbk, Thanks for creating the issue.

Currently, changelog-ci does not support this functionality. I am planning to add a feature like this when I get some free time. Feel free to add a PR or share your thoughts regarding this feature. :)
