bug: option with 'disabled' and 'selected' attributes have a weird behavior on Chromium-based browser

I have this weird color issue, happening both in Chrome and Edge, on having 'disabled' and 'selected' attributes. The text of the option is barely visible. The issue is present on both V2 and V3 of DaisyUI.
