bug: Button animation is broken in Safari

Describe your issue

The button animation is a bit broken on Safari. The issue should be clear when looking at the following videos of the same button, once in Safari and once in Chrome. In Safari it looks jittery but in Chrome it looks smooth.

These videos are examples from daisyui.com but I have the same problem in a different project.

I'm using Safari Version 16.4 (18615.1.26.11.23) on MacOS 13.3.1 Ventura (22E261).

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
