Support for Astro 3 view transitions?

Hi @saadeghi, I wondered how I can make theme-change work with [Astro 3 view transitions](https://docs.astro.build/de/guides/view-transitions/). Would be great if you could adjust the template and/or update the docs (of [theme-change](https://github.com/saadeghi/theme-change)).
