Add pop-up to disable battery optimization for this app

I noticed other apps showing a pop-up confirming the disabling of battery optimization. Additionally, in my own testing I noticed that this app stops working after a while If I did not turn off battery optimization for the app.

So I should explore how the other apps are doing this, like GetFlow for example.
