UX: Add warning and recommend user disable permissions auto-reset from settings

For Android >11 apps that are not used in a while will have their permissions revoked. Since this app is meant to run in the background all the time with no user interaction, I should add a warning about this and recommend users go to the app settings and uncheck this option.
