Minimum buy/sell not taken into account

When trading altcoins against ETH or BTC there are minimum amounts to taken in to account. These used to be 0.01 and 0.001 respectively (but changed yesterday in 0.02 and 0.002!).
Example (buying 0.0001948 BTC is not possible):

OK i know where to fetch that info from, I was under impression that the min amount will always be equal to the lot size. oh well. will improve when i get a chance
