Show both Previous and Next slots if the Loop setting is set to true?

I am using the carousel with the loop feature turned on. I am trying to have custom previous and next buttons that display at all times, but it looks like it is set to only display the next button unless the loop setting is false. Can that be changed?

You guys may want to try this instead. I never got a response from this developer. The one in the link doesn't have this problem: https://www.npmjs.com/package/v-owl-carousel
