Set GIF playback speed based on CPU usage

It would be nice having an option that the Xeon's GIF icon playback speed represented a system information such as CPU usage.

There's a macOS app that does this you could check as reference if you consider this idea.

The cat runs at the speed according to the CPU usage of your Mac. By looking at the running of a cat, you can see how much CPU load is.
