Windows - error 0xc000409 on device info & all tasks end immediately

Windows 11. When getting device info, error 0xc000409 and ends. Any tasks created end immediately. This is same issue app had after Chrome updated a few months ago. Can't get screenshot, attaching picture of error code. 20240516_184159
