Only runs when the version of python is >= 2 and <=2.8 Please fix this.

i made a fork, fixed the version problem and re uploaded it to PyPi. I called it proxify3. Just do pip or pip3 install proxify3 and it should work if you're on python 3 and up. Everything else as far as documentation is essentially the same. Hope it helps folks who need to use it.
