Do we still want to keep a flatpak manifest inside the USDX repository now that releases are built by Flathub from the manifest in [this](https://github.com/flathub/eu.usdx.UltraStarDeluxe) repository?

I'd be happy to make ARM releases if someone donates an M1 machine. They are still way too expensive to buy them just for fun.
