add "zoomPoint" parameter to init options

Right now, you can only initialize iv-viewer with the image centered in the container. Ideally, you would be able to initialize the the viewer with both a zoom value and a zoom point, e.g. {x:0,y:0} , so that you can control the initial point to which the image is panned
