When screen is wider than 800px render width is no more caped at 800 px

Fixes #22: Screen aspect is now stepped.

This PR is made of multiple small self-contained commits, with some operation redundancy improvements. The main goal is for 11520x2460 window to look clean. Any size wider than 800px should appear nicer.
