Moved code to seperate files to make it more readable

Instead of having all JavaScript code in the .html file, it has been moved to relevant .js files. This makes the project more manageable as it will be easier to read both the code and changes made to it from commits. No changes has been made to the actual code itself, only paths to include the new files.
