Can't generate wav files longer than ~144kb

On windows running a command like this sam -wav long.wav 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 returns a file that cuts off at around 14.

This appears to also affect normal output, and not just wav output, i think it's a limitation inherited from the original

This branch on my fork can do around 14 seconds of speech, up from the 7 possible with the version here. I modified the code slightly to allow this

discordier's JS port has no length limitation. I've written a small wrapper + some convenience features around the port to make it a CLI program like this repo.
