The Axis cross is very small if workspace is in mm

Hallo dear Developer! Maybe it is a stupid question that I have: but.. . I need to work in mm instead of m. So I switched Scene Properties to mm. Then I was not able to find the axes (x,y,z) they became very small. Is there some where an option, where I could make the size of the axes as big, as I need it to be? Best regards!
