Option to disable cancel upon right mouse click

The default behavior of right-click to cancel transform interferes with my intention to use right mouse drag (and no modifiers) to rotate the view. I was able to hide "Cancel" for right mouse button for all blender keymaps to cope with this behavior in all other modes, but in Add-ons > CAD Transform > Keymap there is no option to disable the right click cancels transform behavior.
