Archipack menu not showing when putting doors and windows

Blender version:2.9

Os version:Windows 10

Description of the issue:

Hi,

I am completely new with blender and had no background with it (although I have used other 3d software due to the nature of my work) I was just wondering why if I click the option to add windows and doors in the toolbar and even upon adding mesh through shortcut keys there will only be a blank search box and transparent black box that appears to be part of a selection panel of some sort. I hope you could help me. Thank you.
